We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Forge Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team through the Forge AI app, and we will help you.

Forge Pro is a monthly subscription that you can cancel at any time from the app or through Paddle. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew. If you cancel within the 30-day money-back guarantee window, you can request a refund of the payment you have already made.

After the 30-day guarantee period, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to Paddle's refund handling and the terms set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. Billing and payment mechanics for the subscription are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
